Follow the soft, hidden sound of a creek just beyond the trees and step into your own private escape—this is Lost Creek. Secluded, romantic, and wrapped in a lush jungle-inspired setting, it’s the kind of place where time slows and connection comes naturally.
Lost Creek is a luxury safari tent at Elk Hollow, tucked away in one of the most private settings on the property, just outside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Surrounded by greenery, the creek remains just out of sight—its gentle, quiet babble creating a peaceful backdrop that makes everything feel more still, more intimate.
Inside, the space is open and inviting with a rich jungle-inspired design—layered textures, earthy tones, and playful details that bring the outdoors in. The king-size Amish handcrafted bed, made from aspen logs, anchors the space—inviting deep rest after a day of exploring.
The fully equipped kitchen makes staying in easy, whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a slow, romantic dinner. The living area offers a cozy place to unwind, while large windows and doors keep you connected to the forest around you.
The bathroom is designed for slow moments, featuring both a soaking tub and a large walk-in shower with a rain head—perfect for unwinding at your own pace.
Step outside and the experience deepens. Your private deck is surrounded by trees, with the soft sound of the hidden creek below creating a calm, almost meditative atmosphere. String lights glow overhead, adding a warm, magical feel as evening settles in. Slip into the hot tub under a sky full of stars, or gather around the firepit and let the night linger.
Lost Creek is deeply romantic—an ideal place to reconnect, unplug, and simply be together in a setting that feels both secluded and special.
Located near a scenic 2.4-mile hike, where you can visit three waterfalls in the National Park and about 2 miles from Bryson City. You’ll have easy access to waterfalls, tubing, local restaurants, and small-town charm—while still feeling worlds away.
